Kalleske Old Vine Grenache 2007
I think this is the largest wine I have ever seen. There is so much of everything and for those of you who want massive Barossa bombshells with enough viscosity to stand your spoon up in, then this wine is perfect for you. It is clear that there has been some excellent fruit used to make this wine, but the difficult vintage has left the wine hot. - SG

Kalleske Clarry’s Red 2008
100% certified organic, Clarry’s is a classic Barossa blend of Grenache 60%, Shiraz 30% and Mouvedre 10%. The Grenache coming from old 1940’s and 1960’s vines.
Bright and lively, Clarry’s exhibits a fruit driven style with a soft and slurpable palate. This is no wallflower. With great fruit intensity, Clarry’s hits well above its weight, and represents excellent value for money. - FW

This is my kind of wine. Rich and full, with a great nose of expensive, and integrated oak. The palate is full and heavy, with fine, tight, light tannins. It’s a wine that hangs around for a coffee after dinner. Great persistence. Named after the small sub-district of Greenock, in the Barossa’s north-west. - DD

Pirathon by Kalleske Shiraz 2008
Pirathon is ancient speak for pinnacle, and the Kalleske team believe Shiraz is the pinnacle grape variety of the Barossa – no arguments from me! I’ve always found this wine to be true and honest since its first vintage. It’s a full and generous wine, giving more than is expected of its price tag. Rich, deep, strong Barossan characters are number one here. The Pirathon is presently separated from Troy and Tony Kalleske’s proprietary wines as it is made from locally sourced grapes, not purely estate fruit.

Kalleske Greenock Shiraz 2007
Kalleske Greenock Shiraz is a single vineyard wine of great depth and power. 100% organic and sourced from a low yielding block to ensure clarity, concentration and intensity of flavour and aroma. This wine has all the hallmarks of a young Brando –surly and brooding with underlying tension. - FW

Kalleske Rosina Barossa Valley Grenache Rose 2009
There is so much brilliant colour in this wine, it is almost a shame to drink it. Almost. With fresh confectionary strawberry aromas on the nose, crisp acid and slightly chewy tannins on the palate, this is a brilliant wine for those Summer afternoons in the sun. Don’t think too hard about it, just chill it down and enjoy the flavour explosion. - SG
