I'm extremely fond of Eden Valley Shiraz. The flavours the region produces just appeal to me. They obviously appeal to Domenic Torzi and his partner Tracy Matthews too. In fact Domenic has stated that Henschke's 1990 Mt Edelstone was the most significant wine that he has ever drunk. Those Eden Valley Shiraz flavours of boysenberries and white pepper are on full display with this release. -JP
