Eden Valley Riesling is typically paid its due by the Barossa's iconic St Hallett label. Offering lush, crisp, freshly-cut critus flavours in its youth, its backbone of bright acids and minerality preserve it long into the future. The 2010 is classically made, with a good portion of tangy, sour lemon over spicy, textured lime.
