Named after the most hauntingly famous Black Queen of all, The Queen of Sheba, its no surprise this classic sparkler is "black but comely." Grown from 40-year-old vines on the outskirts of Nuriootpa, this wine shows off lashings of beautiful soft chocolate and dark plums on the nose. It is superbly developed, with richness, softness and a delicious yeast complexity. Try it with egg and bacon pie or baked honey-glazed ham." -DN
