At first glance I see a dusty coloured red - it's not striking but it's not dull either. Through the nostrils I'm smelling earth and sweet fruit that packs a punch with Ribena and a strawberry jammyness. I also get the hint of creamy vanilla and red liquorice straps. With not a lot of Clare Valley Shiraz's to compare it to I find this wine is quite elegant and definitely full bodied. - EN
