Jack’s Shiraz represents a new breed of Shiraz coming out of the Barossa. Here there is value far beyond the price tag. The nose offers rich brooding fruit along with the fresh berry fruits you would expect from this brilliant variety. Balanced and elegant with lovely oak and fine tannins, Jack has delivered yet another cracking Barossa Shiraz. If you place your nose in the glass and close your eyes, you can almost smell the eucalypt and I’m sure the Kookaburra isn’t far away. -SG

says:Deep crimson-purple; filled to the gills with a cascade of plum, prune and blackberry fruit, the mouthfeel supple and smooth. There is a hint of sweetness, but I'm not sure whether it's simply fruit or a touch of residual sugar.
