Purple Palate

With fruit carefully selected from many of the Barossa sub regions well known Wine Maker Paul Lindner has once again delivered a fine example of a Barossa Shiraz. With hints of white pepper and some sweet spice on the nose the palate delivers sweet raspberry and plum flavours with a hint of American oak and some fine tannins on the finish. Whilst drinking well now for those that love a traditional Barossa Shiraz the wine will definitely improve over the next 7 to 10 years. -CE
