This wine, sourced from the Eden Valley, was a product of an outstanding vintage for Riesling in that area. The lime flavours so often associated with the region are not dominant here but what's on show is compelling in its own right. Aged toasty characters are just beginning to develop but the minerality which drives the wine is still very much in effect. -JP
