Purple Palate

A Classic Australian Black Bubbles, made from Barossa, Eden Valley and Coonawarra fruit. These three regions bring each an element of complexity. Ripe Barossa, fragrant Eden, and subtle Coonawarra mint are each recognisable in the final product. The mousse is fine and creamy, full of blackberry, cherry, strawberry and cocoa notes. A great match for Christmas turkey.
