Purple Palate

One of the Barossa's most legendary producers of big reds is also the producer of one of Australia's favourite bottles of bubbles. This Pinot Noir and Chardonnay blend is more forward and juicy than many of its cooler-climate peers, and this point of difference has engendered a strong contingent of fans. Rich and creamy, with a combination of apples, pears, blackcurrants and strawberry on the nose, its a seriously structured bubbly, with length, persistence and genuine minerality.
