Purple Palate

The Lily Frontignac is a bit of a Barossa icon. The ultra-refreshing, off-dry charmer has a decidedly natural flavour profile of white flowers, musk and light, pink grapefruit spray, and is delightfully racy when served chillled. In the heat of a Barossa vintage, it has cooled off as many hard-working pickers as just about anything. More practically for we the consumers, it's a classic pairing for summer fruits on a warm afternoon, or else perfectly suited with hard cheese to finish off a heavy meal. -Ed.
