The warm region produces bold, complex fruit with an entirely unique element of richness. Grant Burge combines these defining qualities with select spoils from the Adelaide Hills, culminating in a Savvy of both power and mineral delicacy. Powerfully themed with racy tropical passionfruit, melon and orange citrus, this is a punchy Sauvignon Blanc that will look even better alongside white meats and Asian cuisine. Ed.
