Purple Palate

Australian wine maker's certainly have a sense of adventure. Tim O'Callaghan took a while to come over to the "pink" side but eventually he saw the value of Rosé wines. He's approached the style from a different angle though, incorporating a number of unsual grapes including Alicante Bouschet, White Frontignac and Chenin Blanc. Don't worry, it all comes together very well in the end! -JP
