Appearance
Brilliant pale straw.
Nose
Powerful dried lime rind and sherbet dominate the nose, along with some raw snow pea and hints of tropical guava.
Palate
Even acidity across the entire palate along with more lime rind and sherbet minerality create the framework for this savoury style of Eden Riesling. Riesling rarely offers such an array of flavours across the palate, from the lime and sherbet at the front to the more complex and slightly astringent fresh artichoke to the final hints of melon and guava. This is all topped of with an underlying fruit sweetness that completes the array.

says:
Bright straw-green; mineral, slate and apple aromas, then an intense and incisive palate, with a long, bracing finish. Great cellaring potential.
