Purple Palate

This is a rather definitive, aperitif style sparkling from the Adelaide Hills that is a reflection of the Piccadilly Valley's very cool climate. Apparently the rich, creamy head of this wine is a hallmark of the Croser style. I liked it! With limited time on lees, the more crisp, light flavours like apple, lemon and pear are able to show through. Full in length and not without charm, that's for sure. - DJ
