Here we taste a rich, full blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from selected sites in and around the chilly Piccadilly Valley. Hand picked fruit is whole bunch pressed or crushed and pressed. The free running juice is slowly fermented using specially selected yeast strains in a mixture of barriques and tanks. A lovely long finish, but still rather crisp in style. A refreshing sparkling by winemaker Andrew Hardy. - DJ
