From the Scotchman’s Hill stable in Victoria, this wine shows guava and paw paw fruits on the nose, rounded out with barrel ferment characters of spice, creamy lees and cedar oak. Expect tropical fruit and gooseberries flavours, with a slight mineral edge. Firm acid and a long and lingering after taste provide balance.
