Purple Palate

Rich plum and dark berry flavours are controlled by superb, elegant structure. There's a hint of tomato leaf, some black olivosity and a chocolate glaze. French oak is applied with precision. It really opens up with time and will cellar well. Deep pools of flavour become more & more evident with time, but the briar/thatch aspects remain to add some peasant charm to a royal drink. - JP
