Purple Palate

Grapefruit and tropical melon fruit flavours create the basis to this very approachable sparkling. There is some appealing sweetness and some bright acidity (along with a slightly lower alcohol) that makes the clean palate appealing for those hot Australian summer afternoons celebrating with friends.
