An elegant cool climate Chardonnay from the beautiful Adelaide Hills - that's precisely what this is. Good fruit flavour, but more importantly it has delicate (and intelligently understated) flavours of cashews, musk and pear. Delightful to drink on its own, there's enough acidity to set this up with a pork dish if you like. Recommended? Absolutely. - DJ
