- All wine is sold subject to availability. If we are out of stock of any item you have ordered we will contact you to discuss a replacement or a refund.
- Payment must accompany order. We accept credit card payment for all orders placed on the website or by phone or fax. Cheques must accompany all orders received by post, but please phone or email us to confirm the amount to be paid.
- All goods remain the property of Purple Palate until full payment of invoice price has been received.
- We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Prices may vary between Purple Palate sales outlets.
- By placing an order you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
